Subject Line: I Want KTNV Channel 13!

Dear DIRECTV, I have been a loyal DIRECTV customer and am very upset to learn that my favorite network is no longer available to me. KTNV Channel 13 is extremely valuable to me – a channel I consider irreplaceable. I deserve to get the value I pay for every month. Add KTNV Channel 13 back to my channel line-up or I will be forced to switch!
