Subject Line: I Want NewsChannel 5!

Dear DIRECTV, I have been a loyal DIRECTV customer and am very upset to learn that my favorite network is no longer available to me. NewsChannel 5 is extremely valuable to me – a channel I consider irreplaceable. I deserve to get the value I pay for every month. Add NewsChannel 5 back to my channel line-up or I will be forced to switch!
